DELIVERY/RETURNS & T/C’S
DELIVERY
For Northern Ireland & South we use Fastway for parcels.
We use parcel force 48hr express service for parcels going to England, Scotland and Wales.
For larger items which require a pallet we use various pallet networks to ensure an efficient service

RETURNS
If you wish to return an item then contact us @ macstrengthequipment@outlook.com with a message regarding why you wish to return the package.
Please note all items will only be accepted in the original package and box and not assembled.

REFUNDS
We do not offer free cancellation on any refunds unless the item/s are faulty and we accepted them as faulty goods. As well as this, to complete the refund all faulty item/s must be made aware to Mac strength gym equipment and the customer must wait until we have accepted this and are returned in the original box and packaging within 14 days of delivery to the customer. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed after we have inspected the goods. We cannot provide a refund on any products after the product/s have left our premises. Refunds are only available on products deemed faulty by Mac Strength gym equipment. We reserve the right to try to replace or fix a product or part before it is deemed faulty. This may include a new product delivered to the customer or a member of our staff visiting the customers premises to try to fix the product if deemed necessary.

If a customer receives a faulty or damaged item Mac Strength Gym Equipment must be made aware of the faulty items before assembly and in the condition they received the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the items they received for any possible damage or defects and to make us aware of them immediately as all items are checked before dispatch to prevent any possible problems for the customer. All items must be returned in the same condition the customer received them in, including all packaging and strapping.

PRE ORDERS
If we have labelled a product as a pre order then we reserve the right to refuse any refunds. We will state when an item is a pre order. Pre orders exist when we are out of stock but we are defined waiting on more of the same product to restock. Restocking can take up to 14 weeks when pre order is stated on the product title. Please be aware of this. If it does not state pre order then it is in stock and available for delivery or collection immediately.
Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us before the item/s are posted, if there are particular days which they will not be at the delivery address and to also specify which days suit best for delivery. As we outsource delivery services to courier/haulage companies we cannot guarantee the item/s are delivered to the specified date but we will try our best. All parcels are door step/kerbside and pallets are kerbside only. Please take this into account before ordering and specify if there is a suitable safe/dry place to place the item/s until the customer is at the delivery address.
