It features a grip textured footplate to prevent slipping and a comfortable padded seat with adjustable settings
The unique 30/45 degree footplate allows users to train either a glute/hamstring dominant workout with the 45 degree angle or a quad dominant workout with the 30 degree part. We have installed these in a number of bodybuilding and rugby gyms with excellent feedback and plenty of room for foot positioning on each angle.

Installation service available
This product comes in a boxed crate and light assembly is required. As it comes in parts it can then be brought through doorways etc to be assembled in any space. Full instructions are included. Many customers choose to build these as the larger parts are pre built and require only light assembly.
