The Mac Strength Plated Loaded Seated Row features multiple positions which allow for a greater variety of iso lateral movements. A heavy duty frame and high quality bearings enable users to load the machine with as much weight as possible.

The various hand grip positions feature a grip texture rubber coating for added grip and is needed when performing heavy sets.
